Purchasing

We uphold stringent standards in the selection and procurement of raw materials and components to ensure consistent quality and reliability. Our dedicated Purchase In-Charge meticulously manages all purchasing activities, overseeing every step for effective implementation. We maintain a qualified vendor list, carefully evaluating suppliers based on key criteria such as quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery. Each purchase order is issued with detailed specifications to ensure clarity and precision. Materials are accepted only after thorough examination, supported by inspection reports or manufacturers' test reports, guaranteeing compliance with quality standards and adherence to requirements. This commitment to excellence in procurement enables us to deliver products and services that meet and exceed customer expectations.

Inspection

Our in-house testing laboratories are equipped with cutting-edge, high-performance equipment to ensure thorough and accurate testing and inspections. Adhering to a robust standard practice, we conduct internal inspections meticulously at various stages of production, culminating in the generation of a comprehensive Internal Inspection Report. This report guarantees compliance with all technical specifications and General Arrangement (GA) drawings. To foster transparency and collaboration, we actively encourage our customers to be present during the testing process. Additionally, if specific tests or certifications are required, we make provisions accordingly, with all relevant details outlined in the contract to meet our customers' unique needs.

CONTROL ON NON-CONFIRMITIES

We prioritize preventing non-conformities to ensure seamless operations and exceptional quality. In rare cases where non-conformities arise—such as wrong value, item, make, or transit damage—they are promptly identified, rejected, and returned to the supplier via challan. Issues like out-of-tolerance parameters are reported to the Quality In-Charge, who is authorized to take decisive actions, including accepting on concession, arranging supplier rework, conducting in-house rework, or rejecting the material outright. This rigorous process underscores our unwavering commitment to quality and precision at every stage.

Handling, Storage, Packing & Delivery

At our facility, we prioritize meticulous care and attention throughout the process to ensure the integrity and quality of your materials.

  • Handling: All materials and items are handled with utmost care, following strict protocols to prevent damage or degradation.
  • Storage: A designated storage area is maintained for all accepted materials, providing a secure and organized space that meets quality standards.
  • Packaging: Before dispatch, every unit undergoes careful packing. They are wrapped in protective plastic and securely packed in multi-ply corrugated boxes or wooden cases, custom-designed to fit the unit’s dimensions. Each package is labelled or marked with the model and serial number for seamless identification.
  • Delivery: Delivery is conducted in full compliance with contractual terms, ensuring timely and efficient service to meet customer expectations.

Quality Records

At our organization, we ensure complete transparency and accountability in our testing and inspection processes. All test and inspection reports are meticulously stored for reference and quality assurance. Additionally, these reports are submitted to the client as part of the supply of materials, reinforcing our commitment to thorough documentation and customer satisfaction.
