Electromagnetic Dual Circuit Brake (EDCB)
The DC Electromagnetic Double Circuit Brake Type EDCB is designed to perform holding & emergency stopping functions. These brakes find application in Elevator or Escalator drives, Special Cranes & Winches & Stage Machineries. Due to the special construction, it creates two different circuits, which can be operated independently. Two different electrical circuits make the brake useful for application needing redundancy. Compact design makes the brake light & space saver. With unique manual release design brake can be released remotely.
